3. Working Principle
When operators push or tilt the joystick, or step on the foot pedal valve, the internal precision spool moves proportionally. It outputs adjustable pilot hydraulic pressure to the main control valve spools in the hydraulic system. The pilot pressure changes according to operation stroke, so the flow and speed of cylinders and hydraulic motors can be controlled smoothly. Built-in return springs reset the spools immediately after releasing the joystick or pedal, locking the working device steadily. Internal dampers eliminate pressure fluctuation, realizing smooth and shock-free operation.
