1. Product Overview
The CBF-F6 series external gear pump is a high-pressure fixed displacement hydraulic gear pump originally designed by Hefei Changyuan Hydraulics (HCHC). It serves as the core power unit for mobile machinery hydraulic system. This pump features high-strength aluminum alloy housing, precision carburized nitrided gear pairs, DU self-lubricating bearings and floating side plate axial clearance compensation structure. The suffix F6 stands for 20MPa pressure grade and flange port connection design. With high volumetric efficiency, low noise, excellent anti-vibration and anti-contamination performance, it can operate continuously under heavy-duty cyclic working conditions. This series includes multiple displacement options from 50cc to 100cc, widely used as main hydraulic supply pump for forklifts, wheel loaders, road rollers, sanitation vehicles, agricultural machinery and stationary hydraulic power units. 3. Working Principle
Driven by the input shaft, two meshing spur gears rotate synchronously inside the pump housing. Partial vacuum is generated in the suction chamber to draw hydraulic oil from the reservoir. Oil is trapped between gear teeth and transported to the pressure outlet, delivering stable continuous flow to all branches of the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate the axial clearance caused by gear wear during long-hour operation, minimizing internal leakage and maintaining stable high efficiency for long-term continuous running.
