Mainstream Production Process Uncoiling and Pre-treatment: The metal substrate is uncoiled and fed into the production line, where it undergoes a sequence of pre-degreasing, multi-stage water rinsing, deep degreasing, and a final rinse and drying to thoroughly remove anti-rust oil, dust, and impurities from the surface. Subsequently, a chemical conversion treatment (passivation or phosphating) is applied followed by drying; this creates a uniform chemical conversion film on the substrate surface, further enhancing coating adhesion and the substrate's corrosion resistance. **Primer Application and Curing:** A roller coater applies the primer evenly onto the substrate surface. The material is then fed into a curing oven where temperature control facilitates the heat-curing process, ensuring the primer bonds firmly with the substrate. Finish Coating and Topcoat Curing: A roller coater applies the prepared white topcoat evenly over the primer layer. The material enters a curing oven for high-temperature baking, allowing solvents in the topcoat to evaporate fully while the coating undergoes internal polymerization and cross-linking reactions, resulting in a dense, stable white finish. Post-treatment and Coiling: After the topcoat cures, the material is rapidly cooled via water quenching. Following quality inspection, it is coiled and finally packaged to produce the finished white color-coated coil.
