CBWKA-F3 external gear pump is a fixed displacement external meshing hydraulic gear pump. 3. Working Principle
The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside the pump cavity. Vacuum generates on the suction side to draw hydraulic oil, and the gears convey oil to the pressure side. Pressurized hydraulic oil is delivered to the hydraulic system.
The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance caused by friction wear. It effectively restrains internal leakage and keeps stable working efficiency under long-time continuous operation.
