CBHZ-F External Gear Pump

1. Product Overview

CBHZ-F external gear pump is fixed displacement high-pressure external meshing hydraulic gear pump. It adopts robust pump housing and floating axial clearance compensation mechanism. The structure effectively reduces internal leakage and maintains high volumetric efficiency under continuous heavy-load operation.

A variety of drive shafts, mounting flanges, oil port orientations and rotation directions are optional. It can be used as interchange spare parts for mobile machinery and general hydraulic equipment maintenance.

3. Working Principle

The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside pump cavity. Vacuum is formed on suction side to suck hydraulic oil. The gears deliver oil to pressure side and send pressurized oil into hydraulic circuit.

The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance caused by friction wear, restraining internal leakage and ensuring stable performance during long-hour operation.
