1. Product Overview

K5V200DTH-9N4H is Kawasaki tandem variable swashplate axial piston pump, designed as the main hydraulic power unit for 45–50 ton large crawler excavators.

This double pump assembly adopts negative flow control system. The complete model suffix 9N4H defines port layout, regulator configuration, spline shaft specification, rotation direction and internal assembly parameters. High-quality interchange aftermarket pumps are available as cost-effective replacement for maintenance and equipment overhaul.

3. Working Principle

Engine drives main shaft and cylinder block to rotate. Pistons reciprocate to complete oil suction and high-pressure oil discharge.

The built-in servo piston adjusts the tilt angle of the swashplate automatically according to system load signals, changing pump displacement to adjust output flow. The negative flow control realizes sensitive matching between pump output and actuator demand, reducing power loss and fuel consumption.
