The MARSHINE Hydraulic Crimping Tool has a stable crimping force of 126KN to crimping the transmission wiring seamless low resistance terminals. This mechanical hydraulic crimper saves you from re-squeezing motion and decreases your hand fatigue when you are processing batch terminals. The tool has a 180 degree rotatable C-Type head which is ideal for working in tight spaces such as in narrow towers and cabinets, the die changing process is quick and easy and you do not need any auxiliary tools. It features intelligent pressure automatic retraction system which means the piston is retracted when the target compression force reaches the standard value to avoid over-compression damage for cable strands and lugs. Constructed of a heat treated alloy steel frame with sealed wear resistant hydraulic seals, this hydraulic lug compression tool delivers consistent dependable performance even in the muddy rainy outdoors of building.

This mechanical hydraulic crimper satisfies the full range of crimping of copper terminals of 50 mm²- 400 mm²and aluminum lugs of 50 - 300 mm², and the primary ACSR conductor connection standards in the 110kV and 220kV overhead power project.

A matched standard package of die sets consist of nine individual hexagonal moulds for 50,70,95,120,150,185,240,300 and 400mm²which allow the building team save the cost of buying extra dies.

The integrated hydraulic oil tank with 77 ml special anti-wear hydraulic oil can allow oil lubricate throughout thousands of crimp cycles before oil refilling is needed.
