K3V112DTP-OE11 Hydraulic Piston Pump
1. Product Overview
K3V112DTP-OE11 is Kawasaki tandem variable swashplate axial piston pump, serving as the primary hydraulic power unit for mainstream 20-ton crawler excavators.
This twin pump assembly is designed with a built-in PTO power take-off port (the key difference from K3V112DT without PTO). The suffix code OE11 specifies the regulator configuration, oil port arrangement, spline shaft parameters, rotation direction and installation dimensions matched to designated excavator models.
High-quality interchange aftermarket replacement pumps are available as cost-effective spare parts for equipment maintenance and overhaul.

3. Working Principle
The engine drives the main shaft and cylinder block assembly to rotate. The reciprocating motion of pistons completes oil suction and high-pressure oil discharge.
The internal servo piston automatically adjusts the tilt angle of the swashplate according to system load signals, changing pump displacement to regulate output flow.
The reserved PTO port can output power to drive auxiliary components such as pilot pump and fan pump.
Negative flow control optimizes power matching between engine and hydraulic system, lowering overflow energy loss and fuel consumption during excavation.
4. Core Advantages
1. Tandem double pump structure with reserved PTO interface, convenient for installing auxiliary hydraulic pumps.
2. Robust cast pump housing, high power density, stable high-pressure output to sustain continuous heavy-duty excavation.
3. Precisely processed internal friction pairs, low internal leakage, stable efficiency during long-hour continuous operation.
4. Optimized flow distribution structure, low vibration and low operating noise.
5. Consistent mounting flange, spline shaft and oil port layout with original Kawasaki pump. Direct plug-and-play replacement without pipeline modification.
6. Mature aftermarket production, shorter delivery lead time and competitive price compared with original OEM pumps.
5. Application Range
Main hydraulic pump for 20-ton crawler excavators
Typical applicable models:
Doosan DX225LC, DX230LC;
Hyundai R215, R225 series;
Sany SY215, SY225;
XCMG XE215, XE225;
Other 20-ton excavators adopting K3V112DTP-OE11 hydraulic system.
6. Common Faults & Replacement Suggestion
Typical failures: Insufficient digging force, slow boom & arm movement, excessive internal leakage, abnormal knocking noise, shaft seal oil leakage.
Thoroughly flush hydraulic pipelines and replace all hydraulic filter elements before installation. Strictly control the cleanliness of hydraulic oil. Replace the complete pump assembly if cylinder block, piston shoes and valve plate suffer severe abrasion.
