1. Product Overview
The pilot joystick is a hydraulic pilot control handle assembly widely installed on crawler excavators and other construction machinery. It converts manual operating movement into proportional pilot hydraulic signals, remotely driving the main multi-way valve to control the boom, arm, bucket, slewing and traveling actions of excavators.

3. Working Principle
When the operator pushes, pulls or swings the joystick lever, the built-in valve spool moves synchronously. Pilot oil supplied by the pilot pump flows through the joystick and generates continuously variable proportional pressure signals.
These hydraulic signals are transmitted to corresponding cavities of the main control valve, pushing the main spool to shift. It adjusts the flow direction and flow rate of the main hydraulic circuit, so that the actuators such as boom cylinder, arm cylinder and swing motor move smoothly.
Built-in return springs automatically reset the joystick lever to neutral position immediately once manual operating force is released, cutting off the control signal and stopping machine movement.
