The TAT1500 electric crawler glazing robot is designed to fix these troubles for global glazing contractors. This tracked vacuum lifter reaches 8660mm lifting height with 6200mm horizontal outreach and a max 1500kg load. Eight 400mm suction cups evenly hold thick architectural glass without cracking. It supports full multi-angle adjustment including tilting, 360° rotation and micro shifting, controlled by wireless remote. A dual independent vacuum system with sound-light alarm guarantees operation safety, preventing glass falling in case of single circuit failure. Powered by LFP lithium batteries, it runs 6–8 hours per charge and fits 110V–240V global voltage. Rubber tracks support 15% slope climbing and adapt rough construction ground. Compact folded size enables easy container shipping and narrow-site access. Optional forklift and winch attachments allow lifting glass, stone and metal wall panels.
