AP2D28LV1RS7-850 is a swashplate tandem variable axial piston pump, original designed by Uchida. It serves as the main hydraulic power assembly for Kobelco SK60-8-KP mini crawler excavator.
This integrated double pump structure incorporates main variable piston pump and built-in pilot gear pump. It provides high-pressure hydraulic oil to control boom, arm, bucket, slewing and travelling actions of the excavator. 3. Working Principle
Driven by engine power, the main shaft and cylinder block rotate synchronously. The reciprocating motion of pistons completes oil suction and high-pressure oil discharge circulation.
The servo piston automatically adjusts swashplate tilt angle according to system load signal, changes pump displacement and regulates output flow to match load demand.
The integrated pilot gear pump supplies stable pressure oil for pilot control circuit, supporting pilot joysticks and foot pedal valves to realize all excavator operation movements.
