1. Product Overview
AP2D36 is swashplate tandem variable axial piston pump originally developed by Uchida. It serves as the main hydraulic power assembly for Hyundai R80 and Doosan DH80 8-ton mini crawler excavators.
This integrated double-pump structure consists of two variable piston pumps with built-in pilot gear pump. It provides high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive boom, arm, bucket, slewing and travelling hydraulic actuators. High-quality interchange aftermarket pump can directly replace OEM pump for equipment maintenance and overhaul.

3. Working Principle
Driven by the engine, main shaft and cylinder block rotate synchronously. Reciprocating motion of pistons completes oil suction and high-pressure oil discharge cycle.
Servo piston automatically adjusts swashplate tilt angle based on system load signals, changes pump displacement and regulates output flow to match load demands.
The integrated pilot gear pump supplies stable pilot pressure for pilot control circuit, matching pilot joysticks and foot pedal valves to realize all excavator operation movements.
