1. Product Overview
HPV145 is a swashplate tandem variable axial piston pump, serving as the core hydraulic power assembly for Hitachi ZAX330-3 large crawler excavator.
This double-pump integrated structure is equipped with negative flow control regulators and built-in pilot gear pump, matched with Hitachi HIOS III hydraulic system. It outputs high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive boom, arm, bucket, slewing and travelling hydraulic actuators of the excavator. High-quality interchange aftermarket pump assembly can directly replace OEM pump for equipment maintenance and overhaul.

3. Working Principle
The engine drives the main shaft and cylinder block to rotate synchronously. The reciprocating motion of pistons forms continuous oil suction and high-pressure discharge circulation.
The negative flow regulator automatically adjusts the tilt angle of the swashplate according to the feedback signal pressure from the main control valve, changes pump displacement and adjusts output flow to match real-time load demand. Optimized power matching reduces overflow loss, lowers fuel consumption and controls hydraulic oil temperature.
The complete hydraulic system realizes all composite operations including excavation, lifting, travelling and slewing of large excavator.
