K3SP36B is Kawasaki swashplate tandem variable axial piston pump, serving as core hydraulic power assembly for Kobelco SK60SR, SK70SR compact crawler excavators.
Adopting integrated dual-pump structure, matched with built-in pilot gear pump. It supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive boom, arm, bucket, slewing and travelling hydraulic actuators. 3. Working Principle
The engine drives main shaft and cylinder block to rotate synchronously. Reciprocating motion of pistons forms continuous oil suction and high-pressure discharge circulation.
The load-sensing regulator automatically adjusts swashplate tilt angle according to system load signal, changes pump displacement and adjusts output flow to match real-time load demand. Optimized power matching reduces overflow loss, lowers fuel consumption and stabilizes hydraulic oil temperature.
The whole hydraulic system realizes composite operations including excavation, lifting, travelling and slewing of mini excavator.
