3. Working Principle
Hydraulic oil enters the rodless chamber or rod chamber of the cylinder to push the piston assembly. The piston drives the piston rod to perform linear reciprocating output.
By switching the direction of hydraulic oil supply, the extension and retraction action of the cylinder can be realized to complete clamping, pushing, lifting, turnover and other actions of metallurgical equipment.
The built-in sealing system prevents internal and external leakage. Buffer structure can be configured at both ends upon request to reduce impact during stroke end.

6. Installation & Maintenance Suggestion
- Keep hydraulic oil clean; install oil filter to avoid particles scratching cylinder barrel and piston rod surface.
- Prevent eccentric load during operation; long-stroke cylinders can be equipped with guide supports to avoid rod bending.
- Regularly inspect dust wiper and rod seals; replace damaged seals in time to prevent dust intrusion and oil leakage.
- If frequent impact occurs at stroke end, configure built-in or external buffer devices to extend cylinder service life.
