1. Product Overview
C25 and D25 series hydraulic cylinders are high-pressure heavy-duty single-rod double-acting cylinders, widely adopted in metallurgy, forging, heavy machinery industry.
C25 is front flange mounting type; D25 is rear earring/hinge mounting structure. This series features compact structure, high bearing capacity, strong anti-biased load capability. The cylinders can adapt to heavy load, frequent reciprocating motion and impact working conditions. It can be used for new equipment supporting and replacement maintenance of metallurgical production lines, hydraulic presses and forging machinery. Standard products and customized cylinders with special stroke, sealing configuration are available.

3. Working Principle
Pressure hydraulic oil enters the rodless chamber or rod chamber of the cylinder, pushing the piston assembly and piston rod to perform linear reciprocating movement, realizing pushing, lifting, clamping and forging actions of heavy equipment.
Built-in buffer structure (optional) absorbs impact at the end of stroke and reduces mechanical vibration. The complete sealing system effectively controls internal and external leakage and ensures stable output force under long-term continuous operation. Air vent valve can be equipped to eliminate gas inside cylinder and avoid crawling movement.

6. Installation & Maintenance Suggestion
- Keep hydraulic oil clean; adopt high-precision filter element to prevent particle abrasion of cylinder barrel and piston rod surface;
- Avoid long-term eccentric load during operation. For long-stroke cylinders, add external guide supports properly;
- If equipped with buffer device, adjust buffer resistance gradually during commissioning, avoid excessive pressure peak;
- Regularly inspect dust wiper and sealing components; replace damaged seals timely to prevent oil leakage and dust intrusion;
- When working in high-temperature environment, select matched high-temperature resistant sealing assembly.
