Each A/B material tank holds 30L and supports timed stirring, heating and automatic vacuum feeding. Tank temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 60°C, which helps maintain suitable material flow before dispensing. The machine can work with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other two-component materials, making it a practical Two Component Metering AB Adhesive Dispenser for different production requirements.
Flexible Dispensing for Different Workpieces
The machine supports both dynamic and static mixing, with dispensing speeds digitally adjustable from 0.5 to 50 g/s according to the adhesive. It can handle point dispensing, line application and full-surface potting, while one to four dispensing heads can be selected for different production layouts. The X/Y/Z travel is 500/300/100 mm and can be customized, with movement speeds up to 500 mm/s on X/Y and 400 mm/s on Z.
