On-site startup demonstration of a fully servo-driven 800 cantilever single-twist machine.

honglimachine’s newly launched 800 type cantilever single twisting machine is a benchmark device for intelligent and large-scale production in the cable manufacturing industry. As a flagship model of the 800 high-speed cantilever single twisting machine series, its innovative cantilever structure and high-speed performance excel in the High speed cantilever single winch and 800 type vertical single twisting machine categories, precisely adapting to the stranding needs of super-large power cables, special optical cables, and other high-end wires.

Equipped with a servo direct-drive motor, this machine reaches a maximum speed of 3500rpm. Combined with the dynamic torque compensation technology of the High winch high-twist device, it achieves a twist pitch precision control of ±1%, increasing production capacity by 80% compared to traditional models. The modular cantilever design supports simultaneous installation of multiple wire reels, significantly reducing changeover time with the intelligent feeding system. The full-closed-loop tension control system monitors wire status in real time via laser sensors and automatically matches optimal tension parameters for High speed cantilever single winch, ensuring stranded cables have a dense structure and uniform electrical performance. The machine body features a finite element-optimized cast steel frame with anti-corrosion coating, capable of continuous 24-hour operation in harsh environments like humidity and dust. The operation interface integrates an AI process recommendation function, supporting self-learning of parameters for scenarios like 800 type vertical single twisting machine, generating optimal production plans with one click. Widely used in multinational cable groups and aerospace wire R&D centers, it redefines high-end stranding equipment standards with core advantages of “high speed, intelligence, and reliability.”
