CJT35‑series hydraulic cylinder follows JIS B8354 Japanese industrial standard, nominal working pressure 35kgf/cm² (3.5MPa) . Originally designed for machine‑tool equipment, widely adopted in general‑purpose industrial machinery. Multiple mounting styles are available. Optimized cushioning mechanism delivers smooth stop performance during reciprocating movement. Optional proximity‑switch version for position detection. Dual‑acting tie‑rod hydraulic cylinder for low‑pressure hydraulic system 。

Working Principle

Double‑acting tie‑rod hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic oil alternately enters rod‑side and cap‑side chamber to realize extend‑retract motion. Built‑in adjustable cushion at cylinder ends absorbs kinetic energy, reduces impact and noise when piston reaches stroke end, avoiding mechanical collision. Optional proximity switch detects piston position without external sensor bracket 。
