Product Overview

Z2S stack‑mounted pilot operated check valve (also known as hydraulic lock) is a modular sandwich‑plate hydraulic valve complying with ISO4401 and DIN24340 mounting standard . It is installed by vertical stacking between solenoid directional valve and manifold block. This valve adopts poppet‑type sealing structure, achieving nearly zero‑leakage locking for hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor circuits. It prevents load drifting and piston sinking, widely used in hydraulic system for holding pressure and load‑locking.

Working Principle

1. Free forward flow: When hydraulic oil flows from A1‑A2 or B1‑B2, oil pressure overcomes spring force to open poppet spool, fluid passes through with low pressure drop.

2. Reverse leak‑free locking: Reverse flow pushes poppet tightly against valve seat by spring and load back‑pressure. Oil circuit is completely closed, holding load position without drifting for long time.

3. Pilot reverse opening: Supply pilot pressure to control port X, pilot piston pushes open poppet spool, realizing reverse oil flow and releasing the locked load. Standard version is equipped with pre‑opening function to reduce hydraulic shock during unlocking.
