Product Overview
Z2FS stack‑mounted one‑way throttle valve is a modular sandwich hydraulic valve conforming to ISO4401 installation standard. It is stacked between solenoid directional valve and manifold block. This valve controls flow rate in one direction for speed regulation, while oil flows freely in reverse direction through built‑in check valve. It is widely applied for speed adjustment of hydraulic cylinders and actuators in various hydraulic system.

Working Principle
1. Throttling direction: Hydraulic oil passes through the adjustable throttle orifice. Rotate the adjustment knob to change orifice opening size, restrict flow volume so as to control the moving speed of hydraulic actuator.
2. Reverse direction: Built‑in check valve opens against spring force, hydraulic oil flows with low pressure drop without throttling effect. Return movement will not be limited.
3. Two‑way independent adjustment versions are available for separate speed control of extend and retract stroke of cylinder.
