Our electro galvanized sleeve anchor is a popular mechanical expansion fastener widely used in construction fixing. Made of high-quality carbon steel with electro galvanized surface treatment, it offers good rust resistance, stable load capacity and easy installation, which is well received by hardware wholesalers and engineering contractors.

Premium carbon steel is adopted to guarantee tensile and shear strength. The electro galvanized coating forms a smooth protective layer, isolating the base steel from moisture and mild corrosion. It is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor conditions. Batch coating inspection ensures consistent anti-rust performance.

The anchor is assembled with hex bolt, split expansion sleeve, cone nut and flat washer. Tightening the bolt pulls the cone to expand the sleeve, creating firm friction lock inside pre-drilled holes. The slitted sleeve expands evenly to avoid rupture. Standard hex head works with regular wrenches without special tools, and the washer helps distribute pressure and protect mounting surfaces.

It fits solid substrates including concrete, solid brick and dense stone. Typical uses include fixing railings, pipe brackets, air-conditioning supports, light fixtures, door and window frames and electrical boxes. It applies to residential renovation, commercial decoration and industrial fitting-out. It is not recommended for hollow blocks, lightweight boards or severely cracked concrete.

Installation is straightforward: drill the matching hole, clean dust, insert the anchor and tighten the bolt. Proper hole cleaning ensures designed holding force.
