Product Overview
 
DHF16‑222‑00 is a 16‑size poppet‑type 2‑way normally‑closed screw‑in cartridge solenoid valve for hydraulic system. It adopts standard T7‑1 cartridge cavity installation. Equipped with manual override knob for debugging and power‑failure emergency operation. Poppet‑seat sealing structure delivers ultra‑low internal leakage. When de‑energized the main oil passage stays closed; when energized the poppet lifts to open oil circuit. Widely used for load‑holding, pressure‑releasing and safety protection loop of hydraulic power units, heavy‑duty lifting machinery and engineering hydraulic manifold blocks.

Working Principle
 
1. De‑energized (Normally‑Closed) state: Return spring presses poppet tightly against valve seat. Main oil port is shut off, reverse flow is blocked, only allows one‑way check‑valve flow, realizing load‑holding function.
2. Energized state: Electromagnetic force pushes poppet upward and separates from seat. The valve opens completely to realize bi‑directional oil flow.
3. Manual override function: Red knob on valve top can mechanically lift poppet for emergency opening during power‑off or on‑site commissioning, auto‑reset after releasing.
4. Power cut‑off, return spring pushes poppet back to seat, valve returns to normally‑closed condition automatically.
