LF12‑01‑00 Threaded Cartridge Valve
Product Overview
LF12‑01‑00 is a 12‑size manually adjustable threaded cartridge throttle valve for hydraulic system. It is installed into standard T‑3A cartridge cavity of hydraulic manifold block. The adjusting screw on the top changes the opening of internal throttling orifice to limit oil flow, and realizes stepless speed regulation of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor. Without handwheel design, it needs screwdriver or hex‑key for flow setting. Widely applied for hydraulic power units, lifting machinery, construction auxiliary equipment and industrial fixture hydraulic circuits.

Working Principle
1. Rotate the top adjusting screw to increase or decrease the opening of internal throttling orifice.
2. The throttling orifice restricts the flow rate of passing hydraulic oil. By changing flow volume, it controls moving speed of hydraulic actuators such as cylinders and motors.
3. Maintain stable flow‑limiting performance under continuous working conditions, realize stepless speed control for hydraulic system.
