3. Working Principle

Pushing the long lever drives the internal plunger to reciprocate. On the upstroke, the plunger draws oil from the reservoir; on the downstroke, the chamber volume shrinks to build pressure and deliver pressurized oil to downstream valves or actuators. The lever resets automatically for the next suction cycle. Sustained pumping maintains stable system pressure, and pressure can be held steadily with a cut-off valve for short-cycle clamping or jacking jobs.
