1. Product Overview
YF08-02 is an adjustable 08-port threaded cartridge relief valve built for compact integrated hydraulic manifolds. Its screw-in design greatly cuts the occupied space inside valve blocks, mainly used for circuit overload limiting, peak pressure suppression and constant pressure maintenance. It is widely fitted to mini excavators, small loader auxiliary circuits, portable hydraulic clamping jigs, agricultural machinery and compact hydraulic power units to protect pumps, cylinders and piping from pressure spikes.

3. Working Principle
A preset spring keeps the poppet sealed against the seat under normal pressure, closing the overflow channel. When inlet pressure surpasses the spring setting, hydraulic force pushes the poppet open to divert excess flow back to the tank and cap system pressure. Once pressure falls below the threshold, the spring resets the poppet to shut overflow automatically. The tight poppet sealing structure minimizes internal leakage for steady long-duration pressure control.
