4. Working Principle
The motor spins the driving gear to mesh and rotate the driven gear. The expanding suction chamber generates negative pressure to draw hydraulic oil from the tank; oil trapped between gear teeth is carried to the pressure chamber, where volume shrinkage compresses oil for high-pressure delivery. An external relief valve caps the maximum system pressure. The widened gear design delivers far higher flow at identical rotational speed compared to the HGP-2A.
