FG Series Tandem Double Hydraulic Pump (also named FG series tandem gear pump) consists of two independent FG single pump units coaxially connected on one common drive shaft. It delivers two separate pressure oil flows simultaneously, eliminating the need for two separate motors and pumps. 4. Working Principle
The prime mover (electric motor or engine) drives the shared input shaft to rotate two gear pump units at the same time. Each pump section independently completes oil suction and pressure boosting: the first pump supplies pressure oil for the main working circuit, and the second pump provides oil for the auxiliary circuit (such as clamping, steering, auxiliary lifting). Two oil paths are completely isolated, and each can be equipped with an independent relief valve to set respective working pressure, realizing independent control of two actuators.
