1. Product Overview
Double Variable Vane Pump is an integrated twin variable displacement vane pump assembly. Two independent variable vane pump modules are housed within a single pump body and driven synchronously by one input shaft. Each pump unit is equipped with an independent pressure adjustment mechanism. Two separate hydraulic circuits can obtain different flow and pressure outputs simultaneously. Compared with installing two separate single pumps, this design saves installation space, reduces motor configuration quantity and lowers overall equipment costs. Widely used in industrial machinery requiring dual independent hydraulic power circuits.

4. Working Principle
The input shaft drives two groups of rotors and vanes to rotate synchronously. By adjusting the eccentricity of each stator and rotor respectively, each pump can independently change displacement. Two separated oil outlet ports supply pressure oil to two different hydraulic loops. It realizes asynchronous actions such as rapid feed, clamping, ejection at the same time.
