Step 4: Entry into the treatment phase of the anodizing surface: First, the surface is cleaned by chemical degreasing and washed with acid, then a dense oxide film is formed in the sulfuric acid electrolyte. Finally, it is dyed according to the color of the final product specified by the customer, which not only retains the metallic consistency, but also significantly improves the corrosion and wear resistance of the closure.
