H10 series two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve adopts innovative rotary direct-drive pilot stage to drive power stage spool. It is an electric feedback type 4-way two-stage servo valve. Compared with traditional jet pipe and nozzle-flapper servo valves, it features lower leakage, smaller hysteresis, superior pressure gain and excellent anti-contamination capability. Equipped with integrated servo amplifier, supporting internal/external pilot oil supply mode. Standard ISO 4401 installation interface, widely used as a reliable alternative for imported high-precision servo valves in precision closed-loop hydraulic control systems.
