H10SHR high frequency response servo valve adopts advanced voice coil direct-drive driving technology with double-layer magnetic array structure. The spool is rigidly connected with voice coil assembly. It realizes ultra-fast dynamic response by converting electrical signals into linear thrust directly without a separate pilot stage. This direct-drive 4-way servo valve eliminates complex pilot flow circuit, achieves ultra-high frequency bandwidth, low internal leakage and excellent anti-contamination performance. Standard ISO 4401 mounting interface, widely used for high-dynamic vibration test, fatigue loading and high-speed closed-loop motion control systems, and serves as a cost-effective alternative for imported high-bandwidth servo valves.
