Product Overview
H6LC direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo valve is a single-stage direct-operated servo valve with NG6 installation specification. It adopts high-performance linear force motor to directly drive the main spool, eliminating independent pilot stage and pilot oil circuit. Built-in LVDT spool position closed-loop feedback and integrated drive amplifier (OBE). This structure avoids vulnerable nozzle-flapper components, significantly improving contamination resistance. Standard ISO 4401-03 mounting interface, stable static & dynamic performance. Widely used as a cost-effective replacement for imported direct-drive servo valves for medium & small flow precision hydraulic closed-loop control systems.
