Product Overview
H10LC direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo valve is a large-flow single-stage direct-drive servo valve. Equipped with high-thrust linear force motor to directly drive the main spool without pilot stage and auxiliary pilot oil circuit. It adopts built-in LVDT spool position closed-loop feedback and integrated servo drive amplifier. Compared with traditional nozzle-flapper servo valves, it eliminates fragile pilot components, greatly improving contamination resistance and reducing internal leakage. It adopts ISO 4401-05 standard installation interface. It is a reliable replacement solution for imported direct-drive servo valves, widely used in medium and large flow high-precision closed-loop electro-hydraulic control systems.
