H633 is a direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo valve (DDV) driven by permanent magnet linear force motor, equipped with LVDT spool position electrical closed-loop feedback. The built-in digital drive circuit integrates spool closed-loop control, command signal processing and PWM drive modules. It requires no pilot oil supply. Multiple spool functions including 3-way, 4-way and 2×2-way can be customized. This series serves as a domestic alternative solution for imported direct-drive servo valves.
H633 Direct-Drive Servo Valve is a high-response energy-saving Hydraulic valve, which serves as the core control unit of advanced precision hydraulic system. This compact Hydraulic valve cancels traditional pilot stage and uses direct-drive driving architecture. It converts electrical control signals directly into spool displacement to adjust hydraulic flow, realizing high-precision closed-loop motion control for modern industrial Machine. Working Principle
 
The analog or digital command signal is transmitted to the built-in controller. The controller compares target signal with actual spool position signal fed back by LVDT, outputs drive current to linear force motor. The motor directly pushes the valve spool to adjust flow direction and flow rate, realizing precise closed-loop control of position, velocity, force or pressure of hydraulic actuators.
