Product Overview
H7LC Rotary Direct-Drive Servo Valve (RDDV) is a new-generation electro-hydraulic servo valve. It adopts a rotary torque motor matched with eccentric conversion mechanism, converting rotary motion into linear spool displacement. The built-in closed-loop position feedback precisely adjusts the opening of valve orifices to realize accurate flow control.
Different from traditional nozzle-flapper two-stage servo valves, this valve requires no pilot oil supply. It is an ideal domestic replacement solution for imported servo valves, featuring compact layout and outstanding contamination resistance.

Working Principle
The electrical command signal is transmitted to the integrated drive controller. The rotary motor converts electric signals into rotary motion, and the eccentric structure transforms rotation into linear spool movement. The built-in position sensor feeds back real spool position to form closed-loop control. The valve adjusts the flow direction and output flow continuously to realize precise control of position, speed and force for hydraulic actuators.
