H3LC Rotary Direct-Drive Servo Valve
Product Overview
H3LC Rotary Direct-Drive Servo Valve (RDDV) is a compact miniature electro-hydraulic servo valve developed with additive manufacturing technology. It adopts limited-angle rotary torque motor matched with eccentric conversion mechanism, converting rotary motion into linear spool travel. Built-in spool position closed-loop feedback realizes continuous and precise flow regulation.
Different from traditional two-stage flapper-nozzle servo valves, it requires no pilot oil supply. It features ultra-compact structure, lightweight design and excellent contamination resistance. It supports both hydraulic oil and low-pressure gas medium control, serving as high-performance domestic alternative to imported servo valves.
H3LC Rotary Direct‑Drive Servo Valve is a high‑precision Hydraulic valve adopting rotary direct‑drive structure, also known as RDDV valve . Without traditional pilot stage, it directly drives spool movement by high‑density rotary motor, delivering accurate flow and pressure regulation for the whole hydraulic system. This compact‑size control component is widely installed on high‑precision Machine for closed‑loop hydraulic control, suitable for new‑equipment assembly and old‑unit upgrade replacement.

Working Principle
After receiving analog/digital command signal, the integrated controller drives the rotary torque motor to rotate. The eccentric transmission structure transforms rotational movement into linear displacement of main spool. The built-in position sensor feeds real-time spool position back to the controller to form closed-loop regulation. The valve continuously changes throttling area to adjust flow rate and direction, achieving high-precision control of position, velocity, force or pressure of hydraulic actuators.
