H1E Rotary Direct-Drive Servo Valve (RDDV) is the ultra-miniature compact model in rotary direct-drive servo valve series. It adopts limited-angle rotary torque motor matched with eccentric transmission structure, converting rotary motion into linear spool displacement. Built-in high-precision spool position closed-loop feedback realizes continuous flow regulation.
Without pilot oil supply and vulnerable nozzle-flapper structure, this valve features the smallest outline size within the product lineup. It is an ideal compact domestic replacement scheme for imported miniature servo valves, designed for installation-limited precision hydraulic closed-loop systems.
H1E Rotary Direct-Drive Servo Valve is an innovative rotary direct-drive electro-hydraulic Hydraulic valve. It can be supplied as high-performance Excavator Spare Parts and advanced precision control component for sophisticated hydraulic system. Different from linear spool servo valves, this Hydraulic valve adopts rotary driving structure. It receives electrical control signals to adjust the rotary angle of internal valve core, precisely controlling hydraulic oil flow rate and flow direction, and greatly improving response performance and control accuracy of the hydraulic system. When selected as Excavator Spare Parts, it realizes flexible and stable action control for excavator actuators.

Working Principle
The integrated drive controller receives analog command signals and drives rotary torque motor to swing within limited angle range. The eccentric mechanism converts rotational movement into linear spool travel. Built-in position sensor feeds real-time spool position back to the controller to form closed-loop control. The valve continuously changes throttling opening to adjust flow rate and direction, achieving precise closed-loop control of position, velocity, force and pressure for hydraulic actuators.
