2/2-Way Poppet Type Threaded Cartridge Valve
Product Overview
The 2/2-Way Poppet Type Threaded Cartridge Valve is a normally closed or normally open two-position two-way hydraulic cartridge valve adopting poppet structure. It is installed into standard valve cavity inside manifold blocks. The poppet sealing structure provides tight shut-off performance with minimal internal leakage.
This valve controls the connection and cut-off of a single hydraulic circuit. Widely used for oil on-off control in modular hydraulic systems. Available with electromagnetic control, hydraulic control, manual override options. It is easy to assemble, flexible for system layout, and a common basic component for integrated hydraulic power units.
The 2/2‑Way Poppet Type Threaded Cartridge Valve is a high‑reliability Hydraulic valve. As a typical CARTRIDGE VALVE, it is threaded for direct insertion into valve manifold blocks, performing on‑off control of oil flow inside the hydraulic system. This compact component is widely used for circuit switching, pressure holding and unloading in various hydraulic power units and industrial equipment.

Working Principle
When no control signal is applied, the poppet keeps the main port closed or open depending on valve configuration. Once the control force (electromagnetic or hydraulic pilot force) acts on the poppet assembly, the poppet lifts away from the valve seat. The main oil passage opens, allowing fluid to flow. When control force disappears, spring pushes the poppet back onto the seat to cut off flow.
The metal-to-metal or soft seal poppet achieves reliable shutoff, effectively preventing reverse flow and pressure leakage.
Core Advantages
