Product Overview
The 2/3-Way Spool Type Solenoid Operated Threaded Cartridge Valve is a two-position three-way spool directional control valve driven by electromagnet. It adopts threaded cartridge installation and can be directly embedded into the standard cavity of hydraulic manifold block.
This valve features three oil ports to realize switching between oil inlet, execution port and return port. It is widely used for pilot control, single-acting cylinder drive and pressure switching circuits. Multiple voltage options for solenoid coils are available. Compact design simplifies modular hydraulic system layout, serving as a common control component for hydraulic power units and machinery equipment.

Working Principle
Under the de-energized state, the return spring holds the spool at the initial position to form the default oil path connection. After the solenoid is energized, electromagnetic force pushes the spool to slide axially inside the valve sleeve, switching the communication relationship of internal flow passages and changing the oil circuit direction.
Once power is cut off, the spring drives the spool to reset automatically, and the hydraulic circuit reverts to the original state. It completes the switching control of three-way oil passages to realize stretching/retracting and pressure switching of single-acting actuators.

Application Reminder
Belonging to spool structure, tiny internal leakage exists. It is not suitable for circuits requiring strict zero leakage sealing.
