This straight pin header adopts black UL94V0 PBT as standard flame retardant insulator, with alternative insulator materials PA6T LCP PA46 PA9T available, square 0.64SQ conductive pins are made of brass with abundant plating options including gold flash, selective gold plating from 3u" to 30u" and pure tin plating, electrically rated for maximum 3A working current, 1000MΩ minimum insulation resistance, 20MΩ maximum contact resistance and AC500V dielectric withstand voltage, operating stably from minus 65 degrees Celsius to plus 125 degrees Celsius while fully complying with HSF lead-free and RoHS environmental standards, and supplied with diverse packaging solutions including tray bag tube tape reel and tape reel with cap to match automated mass production lines. This universal single row straight pin header is widely applied in liquid crystal display modules, digital cameras, communication hardware, industrial control panels, portable storage devices, digital home appliances, electronic toys, computer peripherals, automotive electronic assemblies and precision measuring instruments requiring simple stable PCB connection.
