Galvanized & Stainless Steel Coil Slitting Rewinding Line

This Galvanized & Stainless Steel Coil Slitting Rewinding Line is a multifunctional Coil Cutting Machine. It is equipped with a built-in Straightening Machine, and can be upgraded to a Cut To Length Line according to production requirements. Equipped with high precision Slitting Knife Blade and scratch-resistant Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve, the machine ensures clean slitting edges and effectively protects the original surface of galvanized and stainless steel strips.

The whole Coil Slitting Line consists of decoiler, feeding mechanism, Straightening Machine, slitting stand, scrap edge winder, tension unit and finished recoiler. The matched Slitting Knife Blade is treated by special heat treatment to adapt to hard stainless steel and easily scratched galvanized material. The Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve prevents surface abrasion during material transportation.

As a practical Coil Cutting Machine, this Coil Slitting Line reserves transformation space to become a Cut To Length Line, enabling enterprises to produce narrow strips and flat sheets at the same time. Constant tension control guarantees neatly wound finished coils. We supply original spare parts including Slitting Knife Blade and Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve with stable quality.
