Product details

CAP C21240-020 Intelligent Wiper Motor – 24V, 100N.m

The CAP C21240-020 intelligent wiper motor delivers 100N.m starting torque with a programmable swing angle from 0° to 360°, eliminating the traditional linkage assembly for commercial vehicles, buses and construction machinery on 24V electrical systems.

Key Technical Parameters

Voltage: 24V DC · Torque: 100N.m

Speed: 25 rpm / 40 rpm

Swing Angle: 0° – 360° (programmable)

Housing: Plastic + metal · Warranty: 1 year

Exceptional High Torque

With 100N.m starting torque, this motor reliably drives extra-large wiper blades through heavy rain, snow and ice. Dual-speed operation (25/40 rpm) ensures smooth intermittent wiping and rapid clearing.

Programmable Swing Angle

Unlike motors that depend on linkage rods, the C21240-020 sets its swing angle from 0° to 360° for any cab design, saving linkage assembly cost and maintenance points.

Corrosion Protection & Reliability

Each unit passes a 500-hour salt spray test for corrosion protection in coastal and winter-service fleets. As an OEM-grade component, it is 100% inspected before shipment with a 1-year warranty.

Wide Applications

Ideal for trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machinery. CAP is a professional manufacturer of intelligent wiper motors and offers complete heavy-duty wiper motor solutions for global OEMs and distributors.

Packaging & Supply
