Highly Transparent, Fully Degradable PLA Sheet

This product is manufactured from 100% fully biodegradable PLA (polylactic acid) resin, resulting in a transparent, amorphous sheet (100% virgin material). It offers clarity comparable to PET and is suitable for processing methods such as cold-mold vacuum forming and positive-pressure cup forming. Typical applications include blister packaging, clear packaging boxes, transparent fruit containers, and clear milk tea cups.

Temperature resistance range: -20°C to 50°C. Packaging for transport must provide thermal insulation and fracture protection; storage should be indoors at temperatures between 25°C and 30°C.

Compatible with standard blister forming equipment and suitable for various blister packaging manufacturers; the material is easy to process and form.

Supports adhesive bonding, heat sealing, and high-frequency (RF) welding.

Features rapid degradation, full biodegradability, and a purely bio-based composition; suitable for food-contact applications.
