Working Principle

The prime mover drives the input shaft of the Hydraulic piston pump, and pistons inside the cylinder block reciprocate along the swash plate to realize oil suction and high‑pressure oil discharge in the open‑circuit hydraulic system. The built‑in control module adjusts the inclination angle of the swash plate according to load feedback from the Machine, automatically changing the displacement of the hydraulic pump to match the actual flow demand. This variable‑displacement design avoids excess flow throttling loss, greatly optimizing the energy efficiency of the hydraulic system. When internal friction pairs such as pistons, valve plates and cylinder blocks are worn, internal leakage increases, output pressure drops, and the power performance of the Machine declines. Replacing a qualified Danfoss LRR series pump can fully restore the hydraulic power supply capacity of the open circuit.

Core Advantages

1. Authentic Danfoss hydraulic technology, stable high‑pressure output, effectively improving the reliability and durability of the open‑circuit hydraulic system.

2. Multiple optional control modes realize intelligent load matching, reduce energy waste and oil temperature rise, prolonging the service life of the Hydraulic piston pump.

3. Optimized internal flow channel design minimizes pressure loss and hydraulic noise, improving the operation comfort of the Machine.

4. High‑precision machining of friction pairs and heavy‑duty sealing structure, strong contamination resistance, adapting to dusty, high‑temperature harsh construction environments.
