Water Atomized Ferrosilicon Powder is a high-quality ferrosilicon powder manufactured by remelting high-quality ferrosilicon alloy and atomizing the molten metal with high-pressure water. The rapid solidification process produces powder with consistent chemical composition, controlled particle size distribution, and stable physical properties.It is widely used in dense medium separation (DMS) and welding.

 

We offer both atomized FeSi75 and atomized FeSi45 ferrosilicon powder, and our products can be customized to meet specification and customer requirements.

Water Atomized Ferrosilicon Powder is widely used as a dense medium in mineral (diamond, iron ore etc.) and coal preparation. When mixed with water, it forms a stable suspension with a controlled density, enabling the efficient separation of valuable minerals from waste rock based on density differences. Its consistent chemical composition and controlled particle size help maintain stable medium performance, making it suitable for DMS systems. 
 
2. Welding
 
Water Atomized Ferrosilicon Powder is also widely used in the welding, including welding electrodes, flux-cored wires, and welding fluxes. It functions as both a deoxidizer and an alloying material, helping to reduce oxygen while contributing silicon to improve the mechanical properties of the weld.
