DBETX‑10 is a direct‑operated electro‑hydraulic proportional pressure‑relief Hydraulic valve, widely used for infinitely‑variable electric pressure limiting and remote pressure setting in industrial hydraulic system and automated industrial Machine.
This poppet‑type proportional Hydraulic valve is designed as a pilot‑remote‑control valve, requiring external amplifier for signal drive. It converts analog electrical control signals into stepless adjustable system‑limit pressure, realizing continuous pressure regulation for the main circuit of your hydraulic system. With good linearity and low hysteresis, it provides reliable over‑pressure protection and flexible pressure‑setting for hydraulic circuits. Working Principle
DBETX‑10 proportional pressure‑relief Hydraulic valve consists of proportional solenoid, poppet spool and spring assembly. After receiving electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid generates proportional thrust to act on the main spring. When system pressure inside the hydraulic system rises to the preset value, hydraulic force pushes the poppet spool away from the seat, opening the P‑to‑T passage and discharging excess oil to limit maximum system pressure. Even in electronic failure condition, the valve can still provide safe maximum‑pressure protection for the hydraulic system.
Damaged proportional solenoid, poppet spool sticking or amplifier failure will cause pressure drift, unstable pressure limiting, over‑pressure or pressure‑setting failure of the Machine.
