Working Principle
DBEM‑30 proportional pressure‑relief Hydraulic valve consists of proportional pilot solenoid assembly and main spool assembly. After receiving the electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid outputs corresponding thrust to adjust pilot pressure. When pressure inside the hydraulic system rises to the preset value, the main spool opens the passage from port P to port T, discharging excess hydraulic oil to limit the maximum system pressure. It can continuously adjust the relief pressure according to electric signals, effectively preventing over‑pressure damage to all components in the hydraulic system.
