Working Principle
DBEM‑7X proportional pressure‑relief Hydraulic valve consists of proportional pilot solenoid assembly and main spool assembly. After receiving the electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid outputs corresponding thrust to adjust pilot pressure. When pressure inside the hydraulic system rises to the preset value, the main spool opens P‑T passage and discharges excess hydraulic oil, so as to limit the maximum system pressure. It can continuously adjust relief pressure according to electric signals, effectively preventing over‑pressure damage to all components inside the hydraulic system. The optional mechanical safety relief function provides backup protection even under electronic‑failure condition.
