Working Principle
DBETBEX proportional pressure‑relief Hydraulic valve consists of proportional solenoid with inductive position sensor, poppet spool and spring assembly. After receiving electrical command signal, the built‑in electronic unit drives the proportional solenoid to generate corresponding thrust acting on the spring. The inductive sensor feeds real‑time poppet‑position signal back to onboard amplifier, forming closed‑loop correction to eliminate friction‑caused control error. When pressure inside the hydraulic system rises to the preset value, hydraulic force pushes the poppet spool away from the seat, opening P‑to‑T passage and discharging excess pilot oil to limit maximum system pressure.
